 Yn Lakeside Play, rydym yn credu bod pob maes chwarae gwych yn dechrau gyda brwdfrydedd, creadigrwydd a phwrpas. Gyda dros ddegawd o brofiad yn y diwydiant maes chwarae ac awyr agored, mae Dan wedi datblygu o rolau cynnar mewn gweinyddu a gwerthu i arwain ar Ddylunio a Datblygu Busnes ar y lefel uchaf.
